New techniques in laboratory and field geotechnical testing

We continually develop new techniques for property measurement at field and laboratory scale. For example we have developed sophisticated experimental system to study complex rock behaviour such as micro-shear cell interferometry, quick-release triaxial system, sorption system, X-ray transparent triaxial systems,  amongst others.


We also sophisticated methods to estimate rock mass properties such as mechanical properties, permeability, Biot coefficient, fracture systems amongst others using available downhole geophysical log such as ATV, OPTV, FMI, DTS and DTC, Den, Neutron, etc.
